We ship available products within two working days. Longer waiting times will be announced directly on the product page.
The shipment is done with DHL. You will receive the tracking number with your order.
Please note that an order cannot be changed after the product has been shipped.
The product is delivered in an environmentally friendly cardboard packaging. We recommend to keep the packaging in case a return shipment is necessary.
Cancellation or withdrawal of an order is possible within 14 days after receipt of the order. Please use this link or send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the order, order or invoice number so that we can clearly assign the cancellation.
If an order is already on its way to you, you can simply refuse to accept it. If you have already received the product, please return it to Calistair, Bahnhofstraße 1, 37115 Duderstadt. As soon as we receive the shipment again, we will check it for completeness and mint condition.
Please note that we cannot refund the full purchase price if the product is returned too late, damaged, incomplete or with signs of use.

Guarantor is Calistair GmbH ("Calistair"), Hindenburgring 39, 37115 Duderstadt, Germany, phone: +49 (69)90750862 , e-mail:email@example.com towards the purchaser of an air purifier "Calistair C300" ("you") purchased from Calistair GmbH.
The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase or delivery of the product, if later.
Calistair offers this guarantee to customers who as consumers have their domicile or habitual residence or as entrepreneurs have their place of business in the Federal Republic of Germany.
The warranty finally covers the repair or replacement of the device by Calistair. Calistair has the right to choose whether supplementary performance or subsequent delivery will be provided. The performance of warranty work requires the provision of a proof of purchase or delivery by the customer. Therefore, you should keep your proof of purchase or delivery note carefully.
Warranty work is only authorised and carried out by Calistair or official Calistair contractors. Repairs by you or third parties exclude the warranty for components affected by the repair work.
The guarantee assumed by Calistair does not constitute the assumption of a strict liability in terms of § 276 para. 1 sentence 1 BGB.
If parts, components or devices are replaced within the scope of repair or replacement, the parts, components or devices retained in favour of a replacement part or device remain with Calistair; there is no right to claim the return of the replaced parts, components or devices.
Your statutory warranty claims remain unaffected by this warranty.
Covered are repairs to the unit or replacement of the unit at Calistair's discretion. Not covered are
- filters, UV-C lamps, wearing parts
- intentional and unintentional damage
- damage resulting from non-compliant use
- damage resulting from not performed, incorrectly performed or missed maintenance
- damage from external sources, such as e.g. liquids, transport, weather, power failures, power surges, temperature or vibrations
- Damage as a result of negligent handling, incorrect use or careless use of the device
- Damage as a consequence of using parts that are not original Calistair parts or that have not been assembled according to Calistair's recommendations and instructions
- Repairs by unauthorized Calistair contractors
- modified devices or devices that no longer correspond to the original condition
If the buyer is an entrepreneur, the warranty is only valid in the country in which the device was sold. If the customer takes the device abroad, this warranty may expire.
